Our origin dates back to the 1920鈥檚 as a section of the Canadian
Manufacturers鈥� Association, designed to support vehicle

After WWII, there was a shift to protect the automotive parts industry and with it came
a need for a centralized voice that represented the sector. This was the foundation for
the Automotive Parts Manufacturers鈥� Association which was established in 1952.
